WARRANTY
The Home freeze dryer, which includes a vacuum pump, comes with a comprehensive one-year warranty and a limited three-year warranty for customers in the U.S.
For one year from the date of delivery, Home Freeze Dryer Technology LLC will, at its discretion during the warranty period, repair or replace at no cost (excluding shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance fees incurred by customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) any parts of the freeze dryer that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, provided it is installed, used, and maintained according to the supplied instructions. The refrigeration system of the freeze dryer, including the compressor, condenser, and evaporator, is backed by a limited warranty lasting two to three years. In the second to third year following the delivery date, Home Freeze Dryer Technology LLC may, at its discretion during the warranty period, repair or replace at no cost (excluding shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance fees to be covered by the customer) any components of the refrigeration system that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, provided that the unit is installed, used, and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
The Home freeze dryer, which includes a vacuum pump, comes with a one-year limited warranty (International).
International customers bear the responsibility for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance of the freeze dryer and its components. For one year from the date of delivery, Home Freeze Dryer LLC will, at its discretion during the warranty period, diagnose and send any replacement parts for the freeze dryer that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, provided it is installed, used, and maintained according to the supplied instructions. The refrigeration system of the freeze dryer, including the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and other components, is protected by a limited warranty lasting two to three years. From the second to the third year following the delivery date, at its discretion Home Freeze dryer LLC during the warranty period, diagnose and provide replacement parts for any refrigeration system that has been found defective in materials or workmanship, provided it has been installed, used, and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
This warranty does not cover:
Any problem that arises from not maintaining or caring for something properly.
Damage coming from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, transportation damage, inadequate power supply, fires, or acts of God.
Feeling unhappy because you regret your purchase.
Regular damage, like scratches on the glass door.
Damage that happens during assembly or upkeep.
Products with original serial numbers that are missing, changed, or hard to identify.
A product that has been moved from the original owner to someone else.
Any changes, tweaks, or misuse of the freeze dryer.
Damages caused by: services done by unauthorized companies or by using parts that are not legitimate from Home Freeze Dryer Technology, or parts gotten from people who are not authorized service companies.
Home Freeze Dryer Technology is not responsible for any indirect damages, like property damage or extra costs, that come from a breach of this limited warranty or any implied warranty. Some states and provinces do not permit limiting or excluding certain losses, or limiting the time for implied warranties, so these rules may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you certain legal rights. You might have additional rights that can differ depending on your state.
How to file a claim:
You must report lost parts within 60 days of receiving your order.
To return defective items, you need to use the original packing.
We have the right to ask that things be sent back to the original warehouse for inspection or to be checked by our representative in person.
To claim a faulty product, you need to provide pictures and a copy of the original receipt.
If the claim is approved, the items will be fixed or replaced, or you will receive a refund. We replace things whenever we can.
