REFUND POLICY

Returns of home freeze dryer(s) are accepted only within the first 60 days of purchase. The item should be returned in its original box and packaging.

Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned items, we will issue a reimbursement for the credit, deducting a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs, using the same payment method you originally used.

If an order that has not yet been shipped is canceled, a full refund will be processed. It is essential to note that a credit card processing fee will be deducted. The fee will be 3% for customers who have paid in full and 6% for those who have utilized Shop Pay Installments.
