RETURN POLICY

Any Home Freeze Dryer can be returned for a full refund during the first 60 days after purchase. Return the item in its original condition, including the box and packaging.

When we receive and inspect the returned items (return due to buyer’s remorse), we will credit your account in the same manner you originally paid, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

You can get your money back in full if you cancel an order that hasn’t been sent yet. Pay attention, though; a credit card processing fee will be deducted. The fee for consumers who have paid in full is 3%, whereas customers who have used Shop Pay Installments for their purchases are charged 6%.
