Driven by our passion To provide cheap freeze dryers for food preservation, we noticed a lack of competition in the home freeze dryer market. Commercial freeze dryers are too expensive for the average consumer, while home freeze dryers have significant room for improvement. We questioned why we couldn’t have an affordable Freeze Dryer for everyone, That is why we had to venture and collaborate with all top freeze dryer companies in the USA so we could resale their freeze dryer at a lower cost, We decided to partner with companies like The Harvestright ,lanphan freeze dryer, Stay fresh freeze dryer and the blue alpine freeze dryer.

In an effort to discover a solution, we worked with numerous freeze-drier companies and, starting in early 2018, performed freeze drying research in homes in the United States. We gave the project our all and demonstrated that a dependable and reasonably priced freeze dryer is feasible. After our study produced a novel freeze drying technique, our utility patent (US11,287,185B1) was approved in early 2022.

With a PhD from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, our founder, Tonghu Jiang, studied lithium-ion batteries using computer simulation. Despite his prior experience in banking, mechanical and electrical engineering are his main passions. The automated freeze drying technique was created by Tonghu, who also has the U.S. patent for it.
